FP availability

Hi we need FP for FOP & SDD in early morning due to scheduling. I notice most are getting evening availablity only. I’m wondering where the am ones are going? I know people book at 60+7 or more but I think most average no more than a week in wdw so I’m confused.

Most take a week or shorter trip, but likely there are enough taking 10-14 day trips that they are booking up the morning times.

It's just demand. I started booking at exactly 7am for 60+9 and could only get afternoon (FOP) and evening (SDD). We will be there next week and I have checked about a thousand times for a modification for either and nada.

Booking towards the end of a 14 day onsite stay is the best chance of getting early mornings for those attractions.

Yes, as others said it's the people taking longer trips and book toward the end that get them in the morning.

There's also the people paying for the CL fastpasses. They are able to book at 90 days (paying $50 per person per day for the privilege!)

Yup, I think this is having a huge impact on those of us who do not want to/can not pay for that big upcharge.

If you can find a FP+ for FoP or SDD for any time at all on the day you want it, take it. Then work on moving it to an earlier time by constantly refreshing. It usually works.

A lot more people can book at 60 days out now that WDW extended this privilege to several neighboring hotels. That cuts into FP+ availability.

If you can find a FP+ for FoP or SDD for any time at all on the day you want it, take it. Then work on moving it to an earlier time by constantly refreshing. It usually works.

I’ve used that method, it works. Even on the day fastpasses open.
