FP+ at special events

What are people's experiences with getting FP+ at special events like DAH, MNSSHP, etc? I've heard of people getting the message that the last day of FP+ will be deleted but has anyone actually had that happen? If you made another account and only put the special event tickets on there, would it work? It just seems that having FP+ at these events would be a very special bonus (especially FOP and SWGE in the future).

Do you mean for use while being in that park during the "grace period" BEFORE the event actually starts?

There are no FPs issued for use DURING the events you listed (nor for EMH events.)

Yes, sorry. Like they let you in around 7 for DAH, etc.

Yes it has happened to many people here on these boards. Most have been able to get it fixed, but some did not.

Here is the info is from the FP+ FAQ Sticky, Post #10, at the top of this forum.

In the past, MNSSHP or MVMCP tickets could be used for scheduling FPs during the party’s 3-hour grace period from 4:00p to 7:00p. Currently this is still generally true (albeit only from 4:00p to 6:00p) but only for some guests in certain ticket situations. If a guest is attending during the day and a party on the same night, the maximum of 3 prescheduled FPs per guest still applies.
