FP at Magic Kingdom-Buzz, Splash, Big Thunder or Pirates?

It's a perk when you subscribe to the website. You can put in your plan and TP will evaluate or optimize it. It's not perfect by any means (It has me waiting over two hours for FoP at park open but I know from experience (6 times) that I should be finished with both FoP and Navi in less than an hour.). I don't do spreadsheets though and it's a good place to work on and store my itinerary.

I’ve never actually done this before, so this is just what I’ve heard. In Adventureland, there’s a place called A Pirates Adventure and inside they have “maps” that you can take and basically do a treasure hunt around Adventureland. You have to do 2 of those and they each take about 5-10 minutes. Once you return with the 2 maps completed, they’ll give you a paper FP for Pirates for every person in your party that participated.

Thanks! I actually found a post here explaining it. I'll be solo and have extra time so may try it :-)

Newbie question, but I had never seen a screen shot of what Touring Plans offers before - is this on the app, or on the site? Or can you put something like this together on both? Thanks!

This is the site. We use the Lines app in park but TP is much more user friendly on the internet, particularly on a computer. It’s literally the only thing I use mine for, but it’s so much easier to see everything on the big screen. Wouldn’t travel to WDW without a good TP itinerary.

Thank you! I'd avoided paying for the TP subscription thus far, but I've been going to great lengths to put together my own itinerary, and this site looks like a dream. Now that I know what you get, it's definitely worth it to me!

I obsessed and went back and forth SO many times before our first trip after FP began. Finally i googled some reviews and decided to give it a try. i was soooooooo glad i did!! I tend to be a super organized type person and it was fun to set up all the attractions and locations of our attractions and schedule character meet ang greets as well as dining options. That trip, which was when parks were reported as 6-8 levels, we never waited for more than 20 minutes for anything. Honestly. This trip, there wasn't even a second thought. I used the itineraries from our last trip and tweaked for new rides or new characters as needed. It is invaluable for FP day to know exactly what order and times to get rides so that there will be good opportunities for same day FP.

I didn’t have to pay for a subscribtion to make personalized touring plans on that site. I think the paid subscription is for crowd calendars, current wait times, etc. To get the personalized touring plans, I think you just have to make an account.

Oops! Well, thank you for letting me know - I did immediate buy a subscription after my response, ha. I think the other features will also come in handy, too. And I LOVE the precise walking estimates, etc. Very pleased.

It is a game changer! I'm the same, I was going off the deep end color coding itineraries and maps and trying to estimate walking route times (I know..). I love the app!
