FP+ and MDE question

This may sound convoluted, but here goes:
We are going to WDW in April. My mother is meeting us there and my Uncle and his GF already live in Orlando and have annual passes.
Do I have to have their annual pass numbers linked to them in MDE in order to make FP+ reservations for them to ride at the same time as us or just by adding them to my F+F with no Disney account, will that let me get FP+ for them?
IF I have to link their passes, will my MDE mess up their passes and etc.?

1- Do I have to have their annual pass numbers linked to them in MDE in order to make FP+ reservations for them to ride at the same time as us

2-or just by adding them to my F+F with no Disney account, will that let me get FP+ for them?

3- IF I have to link their passes, will my MDE mess up their passes and etc.?

1- Yes.

2- A guest needs a ticket (or voucher) linked to MDE to get FP+ reservations.
At least that's what's been the case of the tests.

3- It shouldn't.
