7/6 Epcot - late arrival Mission 1:20, Test Track 2:20, Land 4:30, Chefs de France 6:10
7/7 AK at Rope Drop leaving around 3 - Everest 9, Safaris 10:05, Navi 1:40, Artist Point 8:05
7/8 HS Rope Drop Micky And Minnie, leaving after dinner - RRC 10:05, Toy Story 11:25, Slinky 3:35, Sci Fi 5:00
7/9 leaving for MCO at 4pm - Bon Voyage at 8:45 and then disney springs

My only recommendation would be to try to move up your FP for Peter Pan a bit. You can enter the queue at 12:45, but if it's long, you might be cutting it close for your BOG reservation (which you should absolutely pre-order for in order to maximize your time there).

Agree, the FP for PP and ADRs at BoG are very tight.Even in line for PP at 12:45, they would be lucky to be off the ride at 1. The FP line can easily be 10 minutes plus. While its not a long walk to BoG, it will be tight.
If possible, try and move either one to give a little more time between them. If you can't, get in line at PP as early as possible.

I would have gotten my FP much earlier in the day. Already mentioned you could have issues with your PP FP. Regardless BOG will work even if you're late.

i would have if they were available...we are going to MK on our first day so selection was limited. even at 60 days and 7am some things were gone like FOP and any top tier early morning options

Keep checking for FOP. We were able to get 4 FP at around 50 days out. They weren't until 4:00 but FOP is worth a late FP.

It's not ideal but you can do it--you will just likely be showing up toward the end of you 15 minute grace period for your BOG ADR.

My only other comment is that I notice the dinner meal times are kind of all over the place--anywhere from 5pm to 8:15. I don't know if you have kids and if so, what ages, but we find that on vacation with younger kids keeping a regular mealtime is essential. Everyone gets tuckered out and hungry from walking around and without a normal schedule, meltdowns happen. If you're just adults you should be fine, but if not I'd maybe set a TP reservation finder to try to even out the dinner times.

just me and my 15 year old daughter - we typically do two meals and then snacks so we will eat earlier breakfast/lunch on the early dinner days and later on the later days. certainly more flexibility now that my daughter is older

You should be good then. I've just seen too many complete meltdowns in restaurant waiting areas and kids asleep at tables at WDW. A 15 year old is a different story though :)

In my experience, Kona was our least favorite meal of the whole trip last time we were there. To travel to the Poly from Riverside just to eat at Kona was be a sore disappointment for us. We didn't like it because we thought it was lack luster and we didn't like the food, the selection or the service. That is my only suggestion is to change that meal to basically anything else -- but maybe you love Kona and then it's great for you to eat there for the first meal!

we are hoping to see the MK July 4th fireworks from the Poly, hence the resi, plus initial reviews of the menu seems to be our type of food. We will likely do online check in for riverside and take the bus from MCO to Poly and hang out there, then eat and watch the fireworks and then take a mini van back to our room.

I just saw someone report on here FP are opening up. Possibly from people cancelling???? ...... keep looking!!!!

FYI you cannot DME to Poly if you are staying at Riverside. You will have to go to Riverside from MCO if using Disney bus
