FP+ and AP Renewal

I renewed my AP with Member Services in October. I only have the confirmation number they gave me at the time I renewed my AP. We are going to WDW the beginning of March, so my FP selection window is now open. Is there a way to link my AP renewal to MDE so I can make my fastpass selections? I tried entering the confirmation number they gave me at the time I renewed, but that doesn't seem to work when I try to link it to my reservation.

My confirmation number worked... One thing I will ask if there are any 0 in it, I think they only use zeros 0 and not letters O maybe try that? And I think I linked them as tickets not AP's? I dont remember for sure but it took them just fine..

Maybe you can call and get help with it? Sorry, I have never had to do that so I dont have any helpful advice

I also was able to use my confirmation number to link the ap purchase to my MDE account. The zeros have always been difficult and confusing with letter O's.

Yay, it worked! I was trying to enter the confirmation as an annual pass number instead of a ticket number. Thank you!!
