FP+ and AP expiration

Hello,

I was making my FP+ reservations at the 60 day mark and noticed the last few days of my trip were not selectable, I looked and sure enough my pass would be expired on those days.

So I attempted to renew our passes but I got an error, after some research I see that you can renew 60 days early, but in this case these days are beyond 60 days since it's 60 days before the start of my trip not AP expiration.

As a work around I purchased 2 day tickets hoping to link them right away and continue booking FP's (and apply the value to a renewal later) but it's been some time now and all I got from Disney is an email saying my order is processing...did I break it? How long does processing take?

I don't recall there even being a processing time, I thought it was relatively instant digital delivery?

I assume i'm not the only one who has run into this problem, how were you guys able to work through it?

1. In this kind of case (and it is far from being rare) Disney has been allowing guests (who specifically request it) to renew in advance of the regular 60 days.
2. That should work, too.
3. Sounds like another glitch of some kind.
You need to call and get it all worked out (such as it is, anyway.)

Thanks!

I figured I would have to call when they opened but luckily it seems to have finally processed and I was able to book the fp's without further issue.

I'll make sure to call Disney ahead of time next year to renew the pass early since we plan on going over the same days.
