FP after refurb?

How do fast passes work when an attraction comes off refurb? Soarin' should be re opening around the time we're there. Would FP become available for all days starting on the day it officially opens? During soft opening? Day-of only for a while? How has is worked in the past?

We don't know.
Figure that the attraction will open, THEN the FP+ will come back on line.

But, FP+ has not been around long enough to establish a "standard pattern."
