I will be heading down to Disney for 2 weeks at the end of December. It is a split stay with a one day non resort day (at family house) in between. For dining, I was no longer able to book all 2 weeks at once since it is based on check-in and check-out for each of my 2 reservations. Had to wait another week to book the 2nd half of my ADR's. I was wondering if for FP+ the 60 day window will do the same thing (go by check-in and check-out) or will it let me book all at once for the 2 weeks and just go by my check-in day. I heard they did that to the ADR because people were booking a 1 night resort in order to take advantage of the 180+10.

You should be able book all days once you get within 60 days of checkin. See the green link in my signature for answers to this and other FP FAQs.

Since it is a split stay you will only be able to book for the first stay's day duration at 60days and then you will have a 2nd window open up on the next check-in day's 60 day mark. Essentially two 60 day windows.

Does that mean that someone who is staying onsite for only their 1st day and the rest of their trip is offsite can take advantage of the 60 days to book their entire trip (even if it is 60 days one day at a time)?
