When can I book at 4th fastpass? After I redeem the 3rd or after the window for the 3rd expires? So if I have a 11 - 12 window for the 3rd FP and enter the FP queue at 11, can I book the 4th at 11:01 or do I have to wait until 12?

After you have tapped the FP tapstile and entered the line, you can search for your 4th FP.
