Fox News Responds to Protestors outside NY studio

I, too, hope it's true. I only watch Fox because of their reporting the facts - not one-sided opinionated pieces like CNN & MSNBC (who, by the way, like to put on Iraqi ex military who bash the U.S. every chance they get). I've really lost my taste for those two.

Those lines are terrific - I'm adding the "...freedom to protest..." line on my car.

OH.. I hope it is true..........some of the best lines I have seen in a long time.. I believe it is in poor taste and bad judgment to be protesting and doing die-ins when we have a war going on with soldiers fighting for our country and dying for real.....Shame on these misguided protestors........organized by what groups?????????

I am not against the war. but I am cetain that, although I disagree withthe protesters, they have a fundamental Constitutional right to protest. who do you think our Founding Fathers were, anyhow? I'll tell you -- a bunch of protesters. the local governmental officials called them "rabble".

If all of you who posted to this thread made signs with the slogans that are alleged to have been put on Fox's zipper and marched down 5th avenue, more power to you. I won't be marching with you either. our country is polarzed enough, thank you very much, without us tearing each other apart.

I think it is disreputable for a news agency to behave in such a manner. there's no question that a news agency can espouse a conservative or liberal viewpoint. but the behavior attributed to Mr. Himmelfarb was rude and inflamatory. gave you all a good laugh, but did it really help to bring our country together? obviously not.

truly disgusting.

"gave you all a good laugh, but did it really help to bring our country together? obviously not."

I'm not going to "come together" with anyone who stages a "vomit in" or snarls up traffic with a "die in" or holds up a sign that compares Bush to Hitler, "We support our soldiers when they shoot their superiors" (or whatever that ignorant sign said) Those are not people I want to have anything to do with.

As for "respectful" protesters, we'll just have to agree to disagree. The FoxNews ticker made me laugh... so what?

journalistic integrity is a foreign concept to some, I guess.

but then again, we're talking about the network that sent geraldo to Afghanistan where he made a fool of himself, and then sent him to Iraq where he not only made a fool of himself but risked military operations.

I'm no Geraldo fan but... So, likewise, we should write off MSNBC because they used "Baghdad Pete", aka "Tailwind Pete", aka "Baby Milk Factory Pete"?

"journalistic integrity is a foreign concept to some, I guess. "

sticks and stones ;)
