??Fourth of July bike parade

I saw another thread mention a bike and golf cart parade at Fort Wilderness on the fourth of July. Does anyone have any idea what time this occurs and what type of bike decorations?? We have no firm plans for that day other than dinner at Rose and Crown for Illuminations.

How many nights are you staying?

We did the 4th of July parade several years ago. We decorated our golf cart. I think it started somewhere around 9:00 - 10:00 am.

I haven't done it yet so I don't have any details, but I do know that they are having it because I called the Bike Barn to confirm. I think I've heard that you have to sign up in advance at the Bike Barn. We've packed lots of streamers, flags, etc.--hopefully enough for two bikes and a golf cart. Maybe we'll see you there!

Just got my golf cart reserved for the fourth. The cm I spoke with said details about the parade will be at campground and you will need to register. It starts at the unhitching area and goes to the marina. She says some people go all out face paint and golf carts completely covered. My kids are very excited!!!!!!!!!
