Hello I've read this as recently opened?

Can anyone help answer these questions

Where on wdw is it ?
Any info on capa - menu pricing etc i believe it's a spanish restaurant on the roof?

Will you be able to book through disney dining Or call hotel direct ?

I can answer 2 of your questions...

It is right next to Fort Wilderness in the Golden Oaks Disney community.

You have to book thru them directly.

Capa can be booked online at Open Table, where you can also see the menu. Entrees range from $42 to $69, a la carte.
