My son and I are thinking of mounting a "Four Park Challenge" on 5/18, Undercover Tourist crowd calendar rates the day as a "4".

Our goal is three attractions at each of the parks starting with Animal Kingdom at opening (EE, Dino &TTBAB), then Hollywood Studios (FastPass TSM, RNR, GMR), then Epcot and finishing with Magic Kingdom which has evening extra magic hours. I don't list attractions for Epcto and Magic Kingdom as we will see what the wait times are when we arrive.

We also will try to vary the transportation by taking the bus to HS, the boat to EP and the monorail to MK.

Does the plan sound okay, is there something we need to add?

Sounds like fun. Don't forget to have a lunch or snack along the way. EPCOT should be easy for Imagination, Mission Space Green, the Mexico boat ride. You'll have an easier time at MK with the late night Extra magic Hours.

I would say it is possible as long as you have an entire day to do it. We tried this a couple years ago, but it was the end of summer. The rides were not the biggest hurdle, getting from one park to another took more time than I had anticipated.

TSMM, RNRC and GMR are all tier 1 FP+ choices. This means you can only choose one of them and your other 2 choices have to be from the tier 2 list.

Have your own transportation if possible, it will save you a lot of time.

We did "4 parks 1 day" back in summer 2014. We hit over 20 attractions and didn't even start until noon. The key for us was hitting 3 parks a few hours before closing (AK, Epcot, MK) when the lines are the shortest. We started at DHS with FP+ after the Star Wars parade with Mark Hamill concluded.

My DD10 and I did it in September. We started with AK at rope drop and did safari, FOTLK, met Minnie and Mickey; rode bus to HS for Great Movie Ride, One Man's Dream and met Green Army Man, then took boat to EPCOT and did Gran Fiesta Tour, Spaceship Earth and met Prince Eric and Mary Poppins and then took monorail to MK for Tomorrowland Speedway, Jungle Cruise and met Ariel (all FP+) and then did PeopleMover. I think we did a few other things in there too.

Our goals: 2 attractions, one character meet, one pin trade, one dessert and photo with park icon for each park. We also ate lunch in HS and dinner in MK, had a snack in Harambe Market, cupcakes at Starring Rolls, snack at American Pavilion and a dole whip to end the night! I think it was fun to set some goals to accomplish. We will attempt it again at Spring Break.

We did this in Sept, with time for a 3 hour break in the middle of the day. It was fun, but boy were we tired at the end of it! We started early and hit EP/HS/AK before 1pm, took a break, hit EP again for WS/snacks, then MK to close the night. I think we got on about 12-15 rides total, I can't remember how many in which park though.

It is fun and with the crowd level down it should be fairly easy. We always do two parks per day and many times 3.

It's definitely do-able! When I did the challenge, I met Mickey, experienced at least two attractions, ate at least one meal (either snack, QS, or sit-down) and shopped in each park! We used a car which made things a little easier, but I wouldn't worry. Take a picture in each park!: )

That's the order we did it when we did 4 parks in one day in Dec 2005. I did not find the transportation overly time consuming.

Eat a good breakfast! We started with an early morning breakfast at Boma then headed to AK first. I can't remember what we had for lunch, but I remember an ice cream cone on the Boardwalk and room service pizza when we got back to our room at the WL! It was a great day!

Good luck! We did this on our last trip (click the WDW 2015 link below) and we ended up going to AK in the rain!

No matter how tempting it may be, don't take the monorail from EPCOT to MK! The bus is much faster.

I'm thinking about doing something like this on my own. If I chose to take a couple of hour break to celebrate Mom's Birthday at Morimoto Asia, How much would that hurt me in completing this?

Did in October 2014 - HS,Epcot, AK and MK - did a tier one attractions in each. Early entry at HS and late night at MK - lucked into a FP on Soarin as we walked into Epcot which was huge.

RnR, Soarin, Kali, and Space Mountain

If you can walk quickly, and you plan out everything beforehand, you should be done at 4 or 5ish, if you start at within an hour of rope drop.

This is absolutely doable, with the previously noted change in your fastpasses at DHS.

In August 2014, I did the "Adventure Day" as my DD likes to call it. We have done these on several trips now, but this one in particular was amazing. The times in this list represent the time we got on each attraction, with the exception of 7DMT: that is the time we entered the queue.

EP - 9:00 SOAR, 9:25 TT
DHS - 10:38 ToT(FP+), 10:56 RnR (SR), 11:31 STAR(FP+), 11:52 Pizza Planet, 12:20 TSMM(FP+)
AK - 1:31 DINO, 1:57 PW, 2:23 EE (SR), 2:49 KS, 3:45 KALI
MK - 6:00 HM, 6:33 POC, 7:18 Cosmic Ray's, 7:50 SPACE, 8:05 BUZZ, 8:44 SPLASH, 9:30 BTMRR, 9:47 PHIL, 10:13 IASW, 10:50 7DMT
