Good morning DisneyLily! If I had some spare time on my hands I would love to spend it posting all day on the DIS! Keep up the good work!
We were at Disneyland November 10-23. My body is back but my brain is still somewhere else! Gotta get back to working on my trip report!

Thanks for the well wishes to my son. I can't be too mad at the girl really because she is very sweet. Unfortunately, she just doesn't feel the same for him and wants him to be able to move on. I asked one of the moms at Jiu-Jitsu last night if she had any young ladies to fix him up with and she said no, that she didn't know anybody good enough. He is a great guy and someday his princess will come!

I'm sending some warm wishes to all of you who are still getting even more snow! On the bright side... you get to have a white Christmas!

DisneyLily, I never was very good at getting my homework done either.

Disneyland was wonderful as always! Very tiring and stressful this year because we traveled the first week with the girl that broke DS' heart, her dad and sister. I really feel like crap now for having invited them. Maybe my son wouldn't be feeling like this right now but too late to change that. Anyway, I really enjoyed the second week better when we were by ourselves best because our families are just very different.
We got do ride all the rides we love multiple times and did some things we haven't ever done before too. I took over 1200 photos! You can check out my trip report in my siggie, if you like. Hopefully, I will get more posted soon. I have another day just about ready to go. Just have to fill in with the photos.

I saw many families in WDW who brought their childrens boyfriend or girlfriend along. I'm glad you and your family had fun the second week! 1200 photos?!

It seems as though some decisions sound like good ones before hand.

It's actually nice to have pictures to remember a trip by.
I on the other hand am not a good photographer.

I'm also one who thinks there is no such thing as too many pictures! We came back from a week's vacation with over 500 pictures! I didn't get all of them developed, but I got a lot of them done, and the pictures really are the best souvenirs. They bring back such memories and such laughs! Its not really about being a good photographer, its about relaxing and having a good time. It totally comes across on film.

Marie - So sorry about your DS. That Garth Brooks song is so very true. I had a heartbreak like that when I was a teenager. Couldn't see it at the time but now when I listen to that song it touches a special place in my heart. Especially since I did get to meet that former boyfriend 20 years later. It played out exactly like the song. Thank God for Unanswered Prayers!

We're spending a quiet Christmas as a family this year. My DH has to work until 5pm tonight so we couldn't do the traditional party. Might be kinda nice to just watch "Its a Wonderful Life" with the kids tonight and then wait for Santa. We'll do the parties this weekend.

Just got in from shoveling MORE SNOW. It just doesn't stop.
The only good part of this is I can eat all the Christmas goodies I want cause I'm buring calories shoveling snow every day.

We're still tracking Santa and the kids are having a blast. My DS6 just decided to leave a letter for Santa asking if he will take him and his brother along in his sleigh tonight.

I gave in and bought a bag of cherry cordial Hershey Kisses yesterday. They are beyond good. They just lack the cherry in the middle, which I don't mind at all.

I'm making baked potatoes right now. Its a good night for it.
