Four Brits hit the world the TR! ***Finished***

What is LOEMH?

It's so sweet that your girls took to T's!

Just a comment on being 'ladylike'. Ladies do not make History or even write it. I have no aspirations to be a 'lady'. I would have dearly loved being a courtesan. My take on them was that they were highly educated women who hung around with the most interesting folks of the day and occasionally were a bit more to a select few. Sounds like a dream 'job' to me. :rotfl: BTW, most of them were NOT the best looking but they were interesting and that I can do. :rotfl2:

Work today, lots of work.

SG/Linda

We missed the 8am opening but only by 5 minutes so not too bad, as we wandered down Main Street we saw T’s parents TE and Waldo trying to get into the Main Street Bakery, it was closed though and the whole of Main Street could hear them rattling the doors :rotfl2:

Poor Waldo:rotfl2:

it did mean that I never got to meet the famous Tony and see his neck craning for myself though :rotfl2:

:rotfl: :rotfl:

You people are nuts. :rotfl:

You are just figuring this out CE:confused3 :rotfl2:

Oooohhhh....ok, now I get it. Michael would love video games...Tony won't let him have any. It's the one thing he decided wayyyy back when the little guy was still a baby. No video games.:confused3 So Michael, in his infinite wise-guy-ness says he's going to buy his own video games when he's 18 and moves out and allowed to do what he wants:rotfl:

Santa is getting Jimmy V-Smile for Christmas, it's a video game, but it is also educational.....Check it out, maybe you can get Tony to change his mind. You couls always just remind him about the $60 non Mickey golf balls:rolleyes:

Yep...she daintily ate them with a knife and fork...it was kind of comical watching her try and get the meat off those little tiny sticky wings!!:rotfl2:

Picture next time please;)

it was so funny...the reserved British version of Tony's neck craning/arm flailing thing...:lmao:

:rotfl2:

whoa was that minnie in the background?! My dad mentioned when we were there in May how the characters are never out in the open anymore like they were when I was little (22 now). I'm surprised to see her out in the open like that taking pictures!! Looks like you had a ton of fun!
It is Minnie lots of the characters were out posing for photos (no autographs) but mainly there to play with the kids. Peter Pan and Wendy were playing duck duck goose it was so cute :goodvibes

You people are nuts.
Us :confused3 Don't know what you mean? Hey we did 3 parks on this day that's not mad is it? :rotfl2:

It's good that you weren't sad. I hate leaving MK.
I think it helps that we had spent 14 wonderful days there!

Ummmm....noooooo....I'm not saying that...man, how do I get myself into these things????:confused3 All I was doing was chewing a straw, people!!!:headache:
:rotfl2: OK I believe you :rotfl2:

You should see us Brits eat a burger when we're in a proper restaurant, no picking it up as one big burger you have to cut it into quarters :rotfl2:

Know what was funny though?? Every time we all started talking about doing this again - the Focker Reunion Tour, if you will, David was doing this thing....he'd put his hand on his forehead, like he had a really bad headache and make a funny kind of painful looking face and run his hand down his face like he was trying to rub away the mere thought of this group setting again!! Hard to describe and I'm so mad at myself that I didn't get a picture, but he did it several times Saturday night and then again at the MK the next morning when we talked (again) about all of us meeting up at WDW again....it was so funny...the reserved British version of Tony's neck craning/arm flailing thing...
You know I never noticed that and I really need to meet Tony you know :rotfl2:

It was really neat to see all the characters out and about, wasn't it? I was so sad Michael wasn't there to enjoy it
You must get his butt out of bed next time :thumbsup2

LL said:
Who was holding who up? Me or the wall??
Not sure :rotfl2:

LL said:
Not even a little bit? See...they couldn't wait to get away from us!!

LY J!!
I think it's because we'd been there for a fortnight :confused3

So this LOEMH, is really worth it huh? I may have to make the sacrifice with Kelly and get my big 'ol butt out of bed one morning.
It was cute but I did feel a bit guilty that my 2 were too old and that it was more for the little ones!

Now reading how you weren't sad leaving makes me think I need to go for 2 weeks, maybe then I wouldn't go into Disney depression on check out day.
Oh Mo you must, I'm sure there'd be some FDM explanation for it :thumbsup2 :rotfl2:

Mo said:
So weiner salad huh? Well, I am actually eating there in February, already have the ADR. Any special recognizance you need me all to do?
I love you all but not sure if I love you all enough to suffer a weiner salad :rotfl2:

One of these women is not like the other,
One of these women just isn't the same.
One of these women has a hang-over,
Can you tell me which one is suff-ering pain?

:lmao: LY LL!

I love pictures of the characters. I think Daisy is my favorite. We didn't get to meet any on our last trip, but we are next year for sure! I felt like I missed out-we only got to see them from a distance.

What's a LOEMH?

And what's wrong with IASW?? Are there no little annoying British dolls??:rotfl2:

40 Focker points for another great meet--complete with TFW lanyards! :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2

:yay: There my first focker points :yay:

Unless I have gone completely off the track there are English dolls at IASW. I remember looking up the skirt of the girl one and wondering how they kept the crinolines so white and clean. I seem to remember that they were dressed in little Union Jack clothing.

They are not annoying though, just cute and charming like the real thing.

England is my second favorite country.

When is IASW getting closed down? It was just renovated a year or so ago. Are they bottling up the water once again to sell??:confused3

Today was meant to be a nice lazy day, catching up on our favourite rides at Epcot before meeting S’Late and her family for a meal at MGM. That was until we decided to meet T, LL and V at MK for LOEMH at *gasp* 8am :faint:
Well darn those DISers making you get up after a night of partying. Only you weren't hungover, were you. Guess you showed them!

We struggled to wake up but the girls had really fallen in love with T’s DD Maddie and so wanted to see her one more time, so they were up and ready before me today!!!
Good thing for your girls. Kids can really help you wake up. I know this for a fact ...

That must have been funny. But it really should have been open. Bakeries are supposed to open early!

The LOEMH’s were really great the characters were out in force playing games with all the kids, mine didn’t join in though as I told them it was for the little ones!
Love all the characters! We have never done this. Kids will probably not be as little next time ... :guilty:

Sometime around now T got a call to say that V and LL had arrived, I was really surprised to see that LL’s DH and DS weren’t there, apparently they were still asleep!!!! Oh well their loss, it did mean that I never got to meet the famous Tony and see his neck craning for myself though :rotfl2:
Or question him about his expensive balls, golf balls.

We now hit a couple of rides, Pooh first followed by PP, it was so sweet as on both rides the 3 girls rode together, Jess and Ellie sandwiching Maddie in the middle of them :cutie:

After PP we asked Evan if he wanted to chose a ride, big mistake, he dragged us all on IASW
You're blaming it on Evan??? Good one.
