Four Brits hit the world the TR! ***Finished***

english rose 47, whew you done had me worried there as I thought you were pertaining to the word you used in your last posting here, meaning gonads, and was envisoning all sorts of 'banned' words on this thread. I would not be able to say a single word in such a case. Did you know that in the, no so very olden days, the supports under a table had to be referred to as limbs since 'legs' was far too risque? Smut is in the mind of the beholder. I do admit that I was a bit worried when confronted by a DISer with children who wanted to know what my infamous lanyard referred to. I spoke slowly and clearly, taking much care to explain that it was a movie.

I will have to hunt down the post you are talking about. After the day I have had I could use a good laugh. The only thing keeping me from a long walk off a short pier is that I think you guys might miss me, a tiny bit. The peace and quiet would be deafening at least. :rotfl2:

My new word was "JO" and I started it of with "JO" Getters.. people who pick on Jo!!:rotfl:

Hey Jo. Lovin' this TR!!!!! I'm about half way through and looking forward to the rest!! :thumbsup2
Thanks Deb :goodvibes

Bummer about the laptop. Is that the 'TR writing' equivalent of 'not tonight, I have a headache'? :snooty:
:rotfl2:

Not that I'd know anything about delays with TR chapters though!
Of course not :rolleyes1 :rotfl2:

How come you're not complaining more about the August heat? You mentioned it a couple of times but it doesn't sound like it was unbearable which is great. Maybe we wouldn't melt so if we go in August!! :woohoo:
We're made of strong stuff you know, we really don't find it that bad, I think T moaned more about it and she lives in California :confused3

Looking forward to reading the rest and the new chapters to come!! :yay:
You're so kind

But you can't count thoughts and heartfelt wishes and positive vibes from across the Irish sea now can you TE? There's no 'post count' for emotion......
:rotfl:

.......Ok, that was my pathetic attempt to grovel up to Jo on account of not posting much here and not being anywhere remotely near the top 10 (or 200) posters. Nice to see you too by the way! I wish I'd held out longer and forced you to hop on that plane over to here. :thumbsup2
I really must visit Ireland one day, as I said before I have a friend who lives near Dublin who keeps inviting me over, and I could come visit you too, got any spare bedrooms? ;) :rotfl2:

A week at your parents?! Will you be able to pop in and say hi?! Who will I stalk without you around??:sad1:
You're lucky because technically I'm only going from Tuesday til Friday, so not a week :thumbsup2

So I’d left you with me and Jess having ridden MS and Ellie buying me a pressie  We decided to wander around Innoventions as we hadn’t been there yet, I know this may sound daft but we just ended up wandering around aimlessly! We didn’t know what we were doing  We turned into them :faint: :rotfl: As we passed the Firehouse we heard lots of cheering, saw the dream team and heard mention of points OMG someone’s won the DVC were my thoughts :yay: until I read Jen and Tera’s TR and realised it was part of the game and they probably had won fast passes  :lmao: Oh well for ages I was really happy for someone, maybe a tad jealous too :rotfl2:

I’d read loads about the make your own robot and we decided to try and find that, it happened to be in the opposite Innoventions from where we were!!!! After waiting ages in line then listening for ages about different types of plastics etc we were finally able to race our robot. For those of you that haven’t done this you are in teams, Ellie & I and David & Jess, on a computer screen you choose different parts for your robot it’s colour, name etc and finally after a little practice you get to race against about 10 others. You do this by running on a sensor pad, moving left and right and you can even jump by going on a certain part of the mat. It’s so much fun but incredibly tiring, D & J came 4th and E & I came 9th  You also got to vote for the most stylish and best named Robot, we didn’t win those either :rotfl: We had fun though and that’s all that counts :) Whilst we got our breath back we made our plastic robots, now I never realised how big these would be and trying to fit all 4 in the backpack so David could carry them was tough going :rotfl2:

Back to the Land and as we were about to go down the stairs to Soarin I spotted a lady with short dark hair wearing tan coloured shorts with a LGMH tied to her waistband, before I had time to say anything though she was gone :confused3 So if that was you say Hi :wave2: We now did a final ride on Soarin grabbing more FP’s for later before heading back to CSR. When we got there, about 2.30pm, we saw this, our first and last funny thing by the mousekeeping!

After a quick lunch of 2 shared cheeseburgers a swim and a shower we were back to Epcot by 4.30pm. Ellie wanted to do Nemo again, OMG how many times!!!!! And as normal it was a walk on. As we passed the manatee tanks they were for once both there :yay: I love Manatees and these 2 were being very playful, too playful if you KWIM :rotfl: The CM was telling us all about them and they turned out to be 2 boys :lmao: one of them had lost most of his tail in an accident, they also eat between 60 and 100 lettuces per day, that sure is a lot of salad, they’ll keep the Land ride in business :rotfl2:

It was now nearly time for our CR ADR ……………………………..

Continued here!

great update.

the manatees made me laugh.

Uhm ... two male manatees being too playful. It's not what I'm thinking is it? Not that there's anything wrong with it ... I'm just trying to read between the lines. Or is my mind just crazy?

:drinking1 (do not spill on keyboard!)
:cake: (watch out for the crumbs!)
:stir: (cannot stir the pot and compute at same time!)

 (perfect computer food and healthy too!!!) :cheer2:

What happened to the Mickey Bar icon we used to have???

When given a choice between chocolate covered ice cream and the computer I would be hard pressed to make a choice though.

I am sorry, I do not get the ornery meaning of that. Guess I am just too clean minded. Who would have thunk???

My mom used to have 'Hate Linda" days when I was growing up. Ahhh, fond memories!!!

Sorry about the robot races! Do you have pictures of the completed robots?

I was not so impressed by the Nemo ride - sorry... ;)

FOUR??!! That must've been some backpack! :rotfl: I had no idea they'd be so cumbersome, either. I was sooo glad we decided to bring the stroller that day!

I love Manatees and these 2 were being very playful, too playful if you KWIM :rotfl:

But you can't count thoughts and heartfelt wishes and positive vibes from across the Irish sea now can you TE? There's no 'post count' for emotion......
Yes, I monitor emotional levels too--I'll get that report right out!
And you gotta increase the emotional signal, cause it's gotta cross the Atlantic to be officially counted! :thumbsup2

I don't even mind coming in behind TE.
I only read the compliments.:lmao:

TEminnie, will this do?

:thanks: :worship: :flower3: :cheer2: :thumbsup2  :yay: :woohoo: :lovestruc :love1:
It's a start Linda. It's a start. ;)
