Fountain View Cafe'

Does the Fountain View Cafe' in Epcot open before the park? I would like to go there for a quick breakfast and watch the fountain before we start the day in EPCOT, but haven't found the time that it opens.

I think it opens when the park opens (Future World, not WS). I do know it closes early in the afternoon.............usually just before we get there!!
