Fountain Drinks on the Magic

What flavor fountain drinks are free on the Magic?

Coke products.....coke, diet coke, sprite, Hi-C (different flavors at times but usually fruit punch), lemondade and iced tea.

There is also ice water, coffee, tea, milk, hot cocoa at the beverage station.

Straws, cups, ice, napkins, creamer, stirrers as well

Do they have Dr. Pepper at the Beverage Station or Mr. Pibb?

Nope. :sad2: I wish they also had root beer so that we can make Root Beer floats. Coke floats are okay...but it's just not the same.

I know that the types of soda were mentioned, but do they have decaf Diet Coke? I can only drink caffeine up to a certain time or I'll be up all night! :)

I was hoping for diet Sprite.

I'm pretty sure at least one of the machines has caffine-free diet coke. I know I was mixing caffinated and caffine-free on one of the cruises, as I was trying to avoid too much caffine.

There's also Iced Tea, but it's nescafe fountain tea, which isnt as good as brewed.

As of Feb 08, there was no caffeine free diet coke. I know it was there on previous trips, but it was not there in February.

I'm sure there was Sprite zero/Light in May?
Mostly flat I hasten to add...:sad2:
I hope that this is one thing they sort out on the dry dock.
In May the soda stations were pretty well struggling some of the time. Well abused by unsupervised kids.
They did have assorted fruit tea bags also, which was great for me as I also prefer a caffeine ban after 4pm...so a peppermint tea at bed time went down very well
I'm sure there are sweetener packets also for the unsweetened Iced Tea. I don't think it was sweetened, as I had it a few times, and I wouldnt have drunk it sweetened..

Amanda - do you remember if the iced tea was sweetened?

I don't think so, but I could be mistaken.

I've found I honestly prefer it better if I make a bag of hot tea, the pour it in a cold cup over ice. It's much better than the fountain stuff, and they have an assortment of teabags to choose from. :thumbsup2

That's certainly possible. We were on the Magic in January and the Wonder in June - it may well have been the Wonder I recall seeing the caffine free on. I know it was last April. By this June, though, I was back on my caffinated Diet Coke addiction, so if CFDC had been available, I wouldn't have had it anyway! :rotfl2:

No. It is unsweetened fountain tea.
I brought tea bags to brew my own since I'm a tea snob. (And that was unnecessary in & of itself since tea bags are available at the drink station also)...

But I found the fountain tea tasted fine (It is probably what you are used to getting at fast food restaurants) and drank it the whole cruise.

There is sugar available (or sugar and hot water to make simple syrup) if you prefer sweetened...jsut a little more work.

HTH:thumbsup2
