Found the 7 day dining rotation chart site finally

Someone was looking for a dining rotation chart, can't find the thread, but finally located the chart again. daisy651 had posted these a while ago. I found them very helpful, printed it out and stuck it in my Passporter.

Is it ever possible to change your dining rotation if you want to once onboard?

Thanks for the nice comments about my dining charts...if anyone notices changes onboard, please let me know so I can update charts.

You can request a different dining rotation once onboard but it helps to be one of the first on line. There will be info in your Navigator about dining room changes. It will list a time and place. Make sure you line up early for best chance of changing rotation. It is usually early afternoon on the first day.
