Really close to me. This has been bugging me big time all week and it is time to let some steam out because I am so not sleeping because of it! On Wednesday I opened the paper and read the court section, I never do this---it was one of those things opened the paper and it was there and I caught this! 
Well my eyes caught this...a street that has the same last name as mine...I can see this man's house from my dining room. He lives diag. to us and 3 houses away... The charges that are listed range from assault of a child under 14, to showing porno. material to a child under 14 and over 13, to 3 counts of assault with intent to rape! There were double digit counts on some of the charges and at least 7 charges. I am so so freaked out, I keep trying to tell myself innocent until proven guilty but yikes! 
He was let out on a miniscule amount of bail, in my opinion, under $800. Someone told me it is most likely because he has a clean record. His wife and kids have moved out and a neighbor told me he is trying to buy them out! We bought this home from his parents but I am so ready to move far far away! Thanks vent over.
