Found great deal on tickets - Will it work?

I had bookmarked the site for the universal 2 day ticket deal and I do subscribe to Mousesavers but I can't find the CODE anywhere in my mousesaver e-mails.
Please tell me the date of the newsletter and where the ticketmaster code is mentioned.
I have been searching for over an hour now! Please help, thanks!

I do not recall seeing it in their newsletter, but it is on Mousesaver's Web Site under Universal - discount on tickets.

I'm going cross-eyed - havae read the universal discounts page on Mousesavers repeatedly and still can't find the ticketmaster/code link.

Could you please tell me where exactly I could find it - which heading or below what other link?
Thank you!

Sorry - just checked the site, and it is no longer there. Maybe it is no longer being offered.

I went to the Ticketmaster site, and it said the former promo code Mousesavers was providing has expired.

Because I'm from Canada, it stopped me from completing the credit card information as I had chosen to print tix which is, apparently, only available to US customers.

Why would Canadian customers have to have their's mailed?
( we leave in 11 days and they say leave at least 10 days to send -too risky)

The code did work though, thank you.

Just a reminder: Do not list the "code" for this promotion. Mary has asked that the code in Mousesaver newsletters not be posted on public boards. I have edited out the code in two posts.

I wonder did Mousesaver take it down because of issues people are having using it.:confused3

No, no problems with people using it or using the tickets. Universal just keeps canceling the codes. Even though their corporate codes are all over the Internet, they have been focusing on my site lately. Every time I put up a code, they pull it within a few days.

I'll try to find other ways to get this information to my readers. It irritates me that people sell these codes on eBay -- I think that's a total rip-off.

Thanks for the explanation, love your site!

I saw there was a new code to get these discount Universal tickets, so I bought 2. Now just to get it straight, there is no problem with just anybody using these tickets, do they look like the normal tickets you would get if you bought them at the Universal ticket booth?

Thanks, Mary!! I used the code in the newsletter this morning to buy 2 tickets to use in August. No problems ordering them at all. Stay tuned for shipping and usage info. ;)

I tried the link in the newsletter, but the price was different. The newsletter says the 1 day 1 park ticket is $49.99, but when I use the link, the price is $53 something. Weird.

It's $49.99 plus tax. Comes out to $53 something.

Well, silly me! I don't know how I missed that. Thanks!

The don't look like the regular tickets from the booth. If you print at home, it will be a regular sheet of paper with a bar coded ticket printed on it. If you have them mailed to you, they look like paper Ticketmaster tickets.

As far as I've heard, there have been a few people whose self-printed bar codes haven't scanned at the gate. This might have been an issue with the quality of their printer or maybe there's an occasional glitch with Ticketmaster's integration with Universal's gate system. Not sure. In any case, the ticket were always honored. I've only heard of a small handful of these problems.

Hi Mary,

Can you tell me if the code is in the February issue or an earlier issue, I can't seem to find it. Thank you! :)

Maggie

I purchased five 1 day 1 park tickets yesterday using the discount code. We aren't going to Universal until February 2010. Can someone please confirm that these tickets don't expire on December 15/09. I called Universal yesterday to ask about them and they told me that until used their tickets never expire. I am not so sure I believe this.

This is what the top of my e-mail says that has the new code I used.
