Shows you how many characters disney's holding back. They're bringing out some rare/classic ones though! I hope they come through with the Tinkerbell rumor!

Koda and Kenai are usualy at Camp Minnie Mickey
and on peak days at Canada

Stanely is at Rafiki's planet watch. the only place you can meet him.

Magic Carpet as far as I know only appears at Disney Land

Bre'r Bear is usualy out in front of Animal Kingdom. and on rare days so is Bre'r rabbit but it is rare. (he gets called the nesquik bunny alot)

Bre'r Fox is out at the Splash mountain exit.

Olie and Zowey are no longer in use unless they are still in the parade at MGM. only time you see them.

Gideon and Fowfellow are two of the most common characters. usualy in town square or in Italy sometimes at Character Connection.

Robin Hood has a set location in Adventure land just across from the tree house. he is also at the Hat.

Thanks Joanna - wow - Woody and Jessie not in Fronteirland - that's not right!!! I was just trying to think of ones that I had seen in our travels! I thought maybe it was an oversight...... with the long list! I should know better!!!!

Most of the ones I've seen are covered but I have seen:

Mary Poppins at Epcot in the garden in England.

Tarzan and Terk at Animal Kingdom just outside the shop at the entrance to the park (to your right as you exit the park, left as you enter)

We were just at WDW from 9/15-9/25 and I could have sworn Woody and Jessie were still in Frontierland. They even had a little band outside playing the Woody's Roundup music.

Much to the dismay of my 3yr old we didnt stop. But, we did see them at Al's at MGM along with Buzz and the Army Guy.

Very weird to us... we saw Pocahontas in Liberty Square by the back walkway to CP. We stopped for pics. She was a weird Pocahontas IMO, didnt look anything at all like a Pocahontas. Weird... but we hadnt seen her before so kind of neat to add her to our "gotcha" list.

Not all of the characters in the list have actually appeared in the park. Some are only in Disney on Ice or the Cruise Line Shows and others only appear in shows. There's also a lot of characters that appeared that aren't listed here. I know Mr. Penguin from Mary Poppins, some of the Hunchback characers from the show aren't listed, as well as characters from Oliver and Company, and characters that were not originally Disney but appeared at MGM Studios like the Ninja Turtles, Ace Ventura, Tom and Jerry, and the Goosebumps characters. I'm sure there's more, but I can't think of any.
