Here's the update:
Friday, I was going for a walk and I went past the house that I saw Moe at the second time. The one that I said weren't the greatest people. So anyways, the lady that lived there was outside planting flowers by her mailbox. I figure on my way back, when I go past, I'll stop and ask her about Moe. (She was a little weird and I can't believe I actually stopped to ask her, but I guess curiosity got the best of me). She said that she found the dog and the guy threw him out. He let her take Moe. So she did and kept him for a few days. She put an ad in the penny saver and found little Moe a home. She said that she is an animal lover and he was such a nice dog. She would have kept him, but she has the other dog (the one that chased me out in the street trying to bite my ankles.) She also said that her dog is nice and he just likes to bark, he won't hurt anyone. Yeah, thats why he chased me out into the street. And I wasn't the only one that that has happened to, but whatever. So its a happy ending (I hope) for my little Moe.
