When is the proposed completion date for FOTLK? It looks far from finished. I thought they wanted to open it by the summer?

The Disney site just says "Hibernating Till Early This Summer"lol

I was not expecting the structure to look this impressive!

DAK now has a "Castle"(fortress) of sorts!

I was also suitably impressed. It was nothing like I was expecting at all. Not sure what I did expect, but it wasn't that. I'm really hoping we will get to see it open in July but trying not to get my hopes up without all the info. I'll be watching your posts.

I think it will always be crowded. For now it is the most sought after show in AK.

It looks amazing but is not at all what I was expecting either, it looks Egyptian or Arabian. It looks like it should house an Aladdin show rather than the Lion King show.

Actually, it looks like it's modeled after Fort Jesus in Kenya. Can't get more African than that.

Actually, after a very cursory look through a Google search for images of African forts, I'd say this looks very much like one. I especially like the effect of the textured and colored "mud" walls.
