FOTL for restaurants

My nephew and I are spending one night at HRH when we get off our cruise in January. Since it's a Saturday night, I expect City Walk will be busy. I was wondering that since we're not going to the Universal parks, can we still get FOTL access to the restaurants at City Walk or should we plan on making a PS? I don't want to get back in the evening and have to wait forever somewhere to have dinner.

It's a good idea to make a ps if you know where you would like to eat and about what time. Your room card gets you ahead of the general public but if there are many others staying on site ahead of you, you will still have a wait.
