FOTL confused!

I'm confused ( not hard to accomplish!) Is there a restriction on FOTL yet or is it something that is coming? If so when? If it is already in place what is the restriction? This will really affect my decision to stay at HRH. Thanks!

There is NO restriction on using your room key to go in the express line as of now. The restrictions will probably begin before the new hotel opens. Read Earl's posting on express line access.
