Do they ever stop FOTL access during peak holiday times?

We were there fourth of July 2000. They did shut down the FOTL machines in the late afternoon, but for onsite guests, it was always available. When you asked about "peak holiday times", I'm thinking you may mean Christmas, but I'd thought I'd tell about the July 4th holiday when we were there.

Thanks for the info. I think 4th of July is probably one of the busiest times--so, that is very useful to know!

Universal Express ticket booths may shut down early on busy periods because it's likely they will run out early in the day. However, the Universal Express access line never closes becuase onsite hotel guests can use them.
