Forth & Towne - anyone shop there?

I just found out one of these is opening in my town this fall. It is a Gap company, and from what I hear it is supposed to be for women who are a little bit "older" (ahem...like me) who have "outgrown" the Gap. I am really curious.

Has anyone shopped at one?

I like a lot of their clothes. They are more classic, yet stylish (at least the one by my house is!). They are not super cheap, but not as expensive as other stores either.

I just realized this was probably of no help to you whatsoever.

I do. I love the clothing. They carry very classic clothes as well as the newer trendier fashions but geared towards those of us over 35(and our curvier bodies) . They also carry a more casual line called Gap Edition and I have been very satisfied with the "curvy" jeans. The store reminds me of Talbots but trendier. Also they have great sales - I have rarely purchased items at full price.

Thanks you guys! For some reason I am really looking forward to it. I guess that is because I feel like everything I see in stores is either too young for me, or too old. Either that, or much too expensive.

Of course - I am 11 weeks pregnant and already showing, so I won't be shopping there for awhile..sigh...
