That's a pretty big loop, so it's mostly quiet with a few exceptions. If you're right at the beginning or end of the loop, you're near the main road, so it will be a little noisier with busses and cars. When I was there, 2700 loop was under construction, so the higher number cabins that backed up to the 2700 loop would hear daytime construction noise - where my cabin was, it was near the left back side, and I didn't really hear any construction or road noise. During the late morning or day, the service carts and occasional backup beeps can be heard, and my cabin was right near the horse trail, so occasional late morning caravans of horses would pass by where I could hear some of them talking. I picked back-of-loop specifically for the quiet.
