Going to the Fort for Spring Break this March. Planning to venture off Disney property & go to SeaWorld for a day. We have a class C motorhome, no toad, & prefer not to unhook / drive the motorhome to SeaWorld. I believe there are 4 ways to get there:

- Take Disney transportation to the Ticket And Transporation Center & get a city bus from there.

- Take a cab (I would guess we could call a cab to pick us up at the front of Fort Wilderness).

- Get an Enterprise rental car delivered to Fort Wilderness (& then have them pick it up a day later).

- Rent a car at the AAA Car Care Center onsite at Disney.

For anyone who has done what we're looking to do, can you please comment on how you got to SeaWorld, how long did it take, what you'd recommend, etc.

Ideally we're looking to make this process as quick & convenient as possible given that any of the 4 options are probably less than $75 (small potatoes after a week at Disney, right!).

Thanks!

Years ago, while staying at AKL with no car, we took a trip to Sea World for the day. There were 7 of us, including 2 in carseats. We arranged for a van from a town car place to pick us up at AKL, take us to Sea World and then come back to Sea World to pick us up at a pre-arranged time. It worked great and since it was all pre-arranged we didn't have to sit around waiting for a cab to show up. I don't think I can tell you the name of the company, but a quick google search for Orlando towncar services bring up a bunch.

Renting a car would also be simple. It's a quick and easy drive over to Sea World (somewhere around 15 min.)

According to my daughter, her and the family took a bus from their hotel to Downtown Disney where they then boarded a city bus right to SeaWorld. I cannot remember the cost but I do remember that it was extremely affordable. She said the bus runs a regular schedule back and forth and that their family returned after dinner back to Downtown Disney and then boarded a bus to their hotel. She was able to find out the needed schedule info from her hotel. Hope this helps.
