Fort Wilderness Cabins or Caribbean Beach Resort

We already have reservations at the CBR in June but now my DH thinks it might be better to switch to the Cabins with more space since it will be summer and we may come back to the room in the middle of the day more often . We will only have 4 in the room so the beds are not an issue although if there are bunk beds, I know my kids will love that! I know these are two totally different resorts. I would appreciate your thoughts on this. Thanks!!!

They are two really different vacation experiences so you would have to do a little research into the cabins and Fort Wilderness to see if your family would like it. I think the biggest benefit of the cabins is the full kitchen, the separate living room and the private deck. I think you would have to decide if you like the idea of having a kitchen or if your family would rather have the convenience of the food court at CBR.

There are bunk beds, by the way.

If it were me, I'd stick with CBR. We've never stayed at FW, but we loved CBR. CBR has beautiful grounds, the pool is great, and the bus transportation was quick and efficient during our stay. Good luck deciding, but I'm sure you'll have a great trip no matter which one you choose.

We love the cabins but we have never stayed at CBR. My both love the wilderness feel we are wood loving people so it is perfect for us.
