If we stay at the fort followed by a cruise, will we be able to park and leave our trailer in the overflow lot at the fort? Don't really want to park it at the port. Any other suggestions?

Hello! I was the one that gave you the black dress. We are planning on doing this too, but we have dogs that travel with us everywhere. So, I am flying my adult kids out to stay in our 5th wheel and watch the dogs while we cruise, lol. If I remember correctly you cant keep your rig in their lot, so this option works for us.

Yes you can leave it at the Fort.

When you check out of the Fort ask for a parking lot pass to put in the window of your rig and explain why you need it. In the past people have been allowed to leave it there in the circumstances you asked about. Then you can put it in the parking lot there at the Outpost.

Have a great trip with both vacations!

Hello, it is good to hear from you! Hope you are doing well and thanks again so much for the beautiful dress. I will be wearing it again to my cousin's wedding next month! Getting a lot of mileage out of it! LOL!

Thanks everyone for the responses. Have already added another trip, tenitive, to my vacation plans. So excited to finally have a camper!

We are planning to camp then cruise spring break 2013, I know I know, busiest week ever. We'll be camping in our vintage pop up, so it's not big, would they be too full for us to park in the overflow for like Wed-Sun? I didn't know they would allow you to do this, it may still be easier for us to park at the cruise port, but I'm just trying to figure all my options. By the way, I LOVE reading about everyone's Fort experiences, this will be our first and I am SO excited. Almost more excited about camping than cruising!!!

we are driving our RV down to WDW in January, however we are not staying at FW. I am hoping it will be safe to leave our RV in the hotel parking lot ( we are staying at POP).
