It seems that all of my lights, televisions, and other electrical appliances are turned on. My air-conditioner is on maximum heat, so I opened up my windows to keep it from getting too hot. It is about 8:28pm, and I am hoping to be able to remedy the situation around 9:30pm. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

We're so glad to see you - everyone has been wondering how you were doing - Tig and Soarin' were so sweet to keep us posted.

I'm so glad you got your package - some other things should be coming your way soon. What is the address of the hospital hotel just in case someone might need to send you something else? Just PM me if you want and I can pass it along to the usual suspects.

Getting that box together has been the most fun -- opening my mailbox to all the cards and packages was like Christmas every day and I loved seeing all the places listed as return addresses. I'm so so so so glad you're enjoying everything and that my blanket kept you warm last night - kinda like a long distance hug from all your con friends!

Keep keeping us posted ... your great progress has been the answer to many many prayers.

If I forgot anyone in the cards or gifts, I appologize. I loved everything. The Mickey purse is perfect for carrying my meds around. The scarf and gloves were adorable. I loved all the pins and everything. The hidden Mickeys are going to keep me busy until my next trip down there. Of course, Mickey looked really good standing on my bedside tray too.


I happened to be wheeled into my room at 4:30 pm after recovery and of course, I flipped on the TV immediately to You Know Who... happens to be on at 5 pm Eastern time. Kinda cute. Yeah, you know. That's really the first memory I have that's not foggy. I remember announcing to everyone in the room that my "man" was on TV and I was not to be interrupted. Priorities, priorities, priorities...
