formal pictures

How do you have formal pics taken with a character? Do you make ressies for this? Can you choose which character? I would love to do this....this is our first cruise, scuse my ignorance. Thanks in advance

On formal night the characters appear dressed in formal gear and you queue up for a picture. They are usually around at the time of the dinner sittings (and maybe a bit later in the evening as well; I can't quite remember). You usually see Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Chip & Dale etc. My DD15 will remember better than me which characters so I will ask her later.

You don't need an appointment but you do need to be at the line early or be quit patient as the lines can be long unless you time it well.

So I assuming that since the 4 night cruise does not have formal night, you do not get this opportunity. Is there any opportunities for professional pictures to be taken with a character on the 4 night?

We had our picture taken with Minnie and Mickey in formal wear and we were on the 3 night so it must be avail on the 4 night.
