Forida Resident ??

Can someone tell me how many resort rooms a Florida Resident can book at one time. I have friends who are planning a family trip to WDW and their parents live in Florida and are joining them for the trip.

I believe it's four rooms, but I am not 100% positive. But Florida Resident must be present at check in to show Florida ID.

Does the Florida resident have to stay?

Say my friend, who's a resident, books the rooms for us but can't get off work. Does he have to actually be in one of the rooms?

I know its four rooms for the AP holders. And I know that Florida residents are able to book at least two rooms at the Florida resident rates.
