Forgotten Resort or fake

about 2 years ago I read a article saying that Disney Had cancelled a resort in Walt Disney World called "Disney's California Coast Resort" and that will be located near corinado Springs Resort. I can't find that any info on this resort, can anyone find a article about this resort.

No idea if the idea was ever real or not... but the rumor was definitely discussed.

Are you thinking of the Disneyland Resort Hotel in California? The wiki page describes it as, "A luxurious, 800-room complex that was to be constructed in the style of San Diego's Hotel del Coronado. It was inspired by Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa in Walt Disney World."
