Did you forget what birthday you registered with VMK and now can't use the contact page because of it? Not to worry, thanks to a Host today I have the answers and a walk though for you.

First go to the main Disney site at www.disney.go.com
From there click on Disney Destinations right next to the castle
Now click on Disneyland Resort
On the right side you will see a box "Sign in to My Disney"
Enter your sign in information like you do to get onto VMK (user name and password)
Now the box changes to "My Disney"
Click on "My Profile"

All your personal information that you provided VMK with when you registered will be there including your birthday you gave them .

Hopes this helps a few people. Thanks to the Host who walked me through so that I may be able to help others find this information.

Great that you got that taken care of but it has been posted in the players guide that Mal wrote for a while now.

rofl oops I suppose I should take the time to read that.. oops
I was just trying to help someone in the Host room and got the walk through from them.

Sorry Mal please close this

hmmmm I used my real birthday am I a fool or something? :confused3

Omg.. Contact us works for me.. Thank you!! thankyou so so much!! :cloud9: :bitelip: :yay: :dance3: :bounce:

Np there is really alot of info in the players guide and it should be the first place everyone looks for help....not everything is in there and it is a daunting task to keep it up to date but I do try.

I tried this and there was no "My Disney" box and thus no "My Profile." I tried getting into my account and it only had the bare bones info, nothing that says what birthday I put.

Does someone have another link/way to do it?

Thanks!

No you are not a fool. Some ppl use alternate birthdays. I'm not quite clear why, although I could hazard a quess or two.

I have one account for me, one for DH and one for DD9. All have actual birthdates.

Much easier to keep track of that way!

The players guide is too unorganized. Where is the link?

The Player's Guide is not unorganized. The very first post is like a table of contents. The bottom of that first page contains all sorts of miscellaneous information. What you need is right there labeled, surprisingly enough: "To get the birthdays you entered on your VMK accounts"...

Everyone should take the time to familarize themselves with the VMK players guide. It is easy to use.

I didn't know mine because my friend signed up my account so that I would get the born in park badge and the perks that went with it, and she couldn't remember my birthday off hand. It was off by a week and a year. hehe

Sometimes I'll put other birthdays when signing up for stuff online. If I have multiple accounts, I'll put a different birthday so the site won't notice as easily, or if I have to put a lot of personal information and I don't trust it I'll put a different birthday to help protect against identity theft. When I was a kid I'd put my birthday in a way to make me older.

If you're that lazy and can't look in the Guide, this site should show the birthday you used when you enter the info in.

Where is the button on this site to report people for being unbelievably rude? Somehow I think a comment like that is against DIS princiiples.

Blunt, but not rude. You said the guide was very unorganized, but if you scroll down, the info you were looking for is right there. Of course, you had to actually look to see it. I never really looked at the guide before and it caught my eye almost immediately. All I did was scroll. :confused3
