Forgot to Use DC for AP Purchase

Stupid, stupid, stupid ... I forgot to use my DC card to purchase three APs at a disney store. I went back to get an adjustment and they said no - they can't do it.

Will I be able to get an adjustment at Guest Relations in Disney?

How much of a discount does DC get on AP?

I would try again at TDS. Be sure you are speaking with the manager. My Disney store always tells me to bring my reciept and DC card in for an adjustment anytime I do not have the DC card on me. (I haven't actually taken them up on it.) I was under the impression that it is store policy.

Just as you would not be able to get your resort bill adjusted at TDS, you would not be able to get a TDS purchase adjusted at WDW. You would have to handle that at the store where you purchased your tickets.

If the store manager can't/won't help you, keep going up the ladder. Ask for his supervisor and how to contact him and go all the way to company headquarters if you have to.

For any other idiots that did the same thing, we spoke to the Manager of the disney store and she said that Guest Relations would be able to make the adjustment. We called Guest relations and they said the same thing.
