Forgot to bank

I have 37 points I forgot to bank. I am thinking of planning a spring trip for my husband and I and using them there. If I end up cancelling that trip to due economics do the points just go away because they are really Sept 2008 uy or will they go into my Sept 2009 yr points? Can the computer really figure out where they came from.

If they would just go away I will post a transfer on the Rent/transfer board instead to not lose them completely.

Yes, the computer does track the points and will know that they are 2008 points. They will expire Aug. 31, 2009 and be gone so hope you can use them or find someone on the rent/trade board. Good luck!
P.S. Someone once reported being allowed to bank points when they had missed the window by only a couple of days. No harm in calling MS today and asking for mercy.

How are they from September 08 ? MS should have used all of your 08 points before using the 09 points.

My 2009 uy does not start until Sept 09 that is why they are still 2008.

I call MS and they gave me the one time banking exception and I was able to bank them. Thank you for the advice.
