Forgot to Bank 2 points

I slipped up and forgot to bank 2 points. Is it worth a try to call to see if they will bank them for me or should i just forget about them?

I have read that MS has allowed a one time exception to others. However, I don't know if I would do that for 2 points.

If it truly is something they will allow only 1 time, I think I would want to save it for a time where I might forget to do a lot more.

I agree with Sandi - - I would save your one-time exception just in case the next time (if there ever is one) you stand to lose more than 2 points.

If you haven't used your one transfer for that use year, maybe you would like to be a hero and transfer those 2 points to someone. There are sometimes folks looking for a transfer of 2 points who have a hard time finding anyone to help.

I agree with this...for two points, it's a really nice gesture to give to someone at random.

If you live close enough to Disney for an overnight trip perhaps you could borrow a few more points and have a quick get-away.

I would call. I have come across many situations where Disney will allow sellers to bank their points after the banking window. You might not even have to use the one time exception.

Thanks everyone for the advise. I did call member services and was not able to bank the points. What I didn't realize (or forgot) was those 2 points had already been banked from 2008. DH and I will probably take a quick trip for one night to use the points. If that doesn't work out I will just transfer them to someone who can use them.

Banked points cannot be transferred. You'll have to use them or lose them.

Requests/Offers to rent or transfer points may only be posted on the Rent/Trade Board.

I have deleted or edited a few posts because of that.

Moot point (no pun intended) anyway - the OP's points are in banked status and those cannot be transferred.
