Yes, you can set up an autodebit from a bank account. There is no additional charge for the service - it basically divides the dues for the year into 12 payments with no surcharge. It will appear as a separate debit from mortgage payments.

if you look at the chart, a couple of years they stayed the same or went down. but for the most part, yes, they increase (inflation - it costs more and more over time to pay housekeepers and buy supplies to maintain the villas.)

The DVC maintenance fees cover all of the operating expenses for the DVC resorts. When the costs increase, our dues must also increase.

Over the years these fees have typically increased around 4% per year - and, as Diane noted, they have even decreased a few times. There is a maximum cap of 15% per year - if a higher increase is needed it must be approved by the owners. (We have never had any increase that required approval of the membership.)
