Has anyone used Crown Currency Exchange for buying their dollars? They offer better exchange rates for dollars ordered well in advance.

Ive used thomas exchange but not this one

I am interested though as those rates for the dollars in september are very good

Hi all,

I have looked at this companies website and the rates look fab, but i still feel wary. Apparently they dont take credit cards as payments and i am a bit concerned that you may hand over your money now and then two weeks before your holiday you may not receive anything. I have looked at their registration on companies house and it appears OK. Has anyone used them or had any experience of their service.

I haven't heard anything bad about their service. We thought of using them but you need a minimum order of £500 and we didn't want that much on this occassions. I get a free money belt of them

this is how i feel, even tho i've already sent them my cheque l have a delivery date of 4th April and have received confirmation by email & letter so l hope l'm just being over anxious! If not then our holiday would be cancelled as we wouldnt have any spending money

Of course Marie, we dont get the delivery until 4th April but i'll let you know as soon as it arrives. Keeping my fingers crossed
