I live in a townhouse in a community. Two years ago when we had a hurricane come and hit, most of the roofs got damaged. Everyone had to pay money to fix the roofs.
This year, our condominium is asking for $10,000 to fix the roofs. Our roof is not damaged, so we are basically paying for our neighbor's roof's who may need a new roof.
My mom does not have the money to pay for the roof since we basically live off of her disablity check of $2,000 every month. The money is due by the end of July. She's asked my grandpa and the bank for a loan. My grandpa doesn't have the money and the bank turned her down.
So basically, if we don't magically come up with $10,000 by the end of next month, we're losing our house.
I'm so worried right now, because we have NO where else to go.
Can ya'll please just say a prayer for my family?
