Ford Test Drive

My DH received the gift card from Ford but it was for $50.We are very happy about that, maybe I'm mistaken,but was it supposed to be for $75 ?

I read on another board that others got the same amount on their letter but when they went to validate it it said 75. Hope its the same for you. Let us know.

DH received his yesterday and it says $50.00 but maybe when we use it it will be for $75.00. We can only hope.

Hi-

Would those of you who have received the Mastercard from the Ford test drive mind sharing how long you waited to get it? DH sent his a little over 5 weeks ago, and we're hoping it will show up soon ( and hopefully it won't be a golf club instead ).

DH mailed his card 9/7/02 and received his debit mastercard 11/06/02, so about 8 weeks. The letter says $50.00 but if you call the 800 number on the back of the card to access your account it says balance of $75.00.

Everything that I've read about this it that it is taking 8 to 9 weeks. Pretty good when you think about how many there are.

We did call the 800 number and it did say it was good for $75 ! Thank you! We are going to LLBean sometime this weekend for some Christmas shopping.
It is strange that they would write $50 on the slip that came with it.
It did take exactly eight weeks to arrive.

Thanks for the replies about how long it takes to receive the Mastercard (or other premium). The card said 4-6 weeks ( I think), so we were hoping it would come before our trip to WDW next week. Oh well, if it comes, we can use it for some Christmas shopping when we return .

I got my gc for $75 on Friday. Just in time for our WDW trip!

Dh's came in today's mail, $75. He also found out we need 2 tires for the car today, so that will help pay for that.

DH & I both got ours today! Just in time, too, since we leave for DIS=CON in 9 days!
I haven't called the phone # yet, but our letters both said they were for $75.00. Looks like I'm going shopping in WDW!!!
Actually, if they give us the % off discount with our Candlelight Processional dinner package, I'll probably try to combine it with that!. I've been so bad about doing my rewards programs lately between working at a computer all day, plus all the travel we've done the last few months that this will really come in handy! I love test drives!

I don't remember the exact date we sent our requests, but I think it's been about 6 weeks.

Got my Ford MC today!! Hope hubby gets his tomorrow. We leave Friday for WDW!!!!!!

We moved about a month ago and I just got around to my test drive, I was going to do it this weekend, but I'm wondering what might happen because the postcard is preprinted with our old address, I'm wondering if I can just cross it out, or if it will automatically be sent to our old address, we are having our mail forwarded, but by the time they send the card our forward service will have expired. Does anybody know if there is a number to call for a question like this?

Talk about timing..... We came back from our trip, and found the $75 card in the stack of mail!

Looks like their fulfillment house must have done a ton of these in a big batch.

But, I guess $75 will go a little further out here in the "real world" than on property.... Nice to have something else for the Christmas fund.
