I love Forbidden Journey, and I do get motion sickness. But for me, my motion sickness is triggered more by too many screens than by too much actual motion (except outright spinning... can't do a Tilt a Whirl without turning green).
There is one part that I swear must get you nearly upside down. I don't know how close you really are to upside down, but my daughter thought we went through a loop and you do go way backwards. But because it's backwards, you have an overhead harness, and you're in a "capsule," at no point did I ever feel like I would fall out.
