Friendly reminder... don't forget to pay your dues

I couldn't believe it was already the 14th when I look at the calendar today so I called up Member Accounting before I forgot.

I do have 1 question though -- it said something to the affect (don't have the invoice on me) on the invoice that interest would start on the 30th? Does that actually mean I could have waited a few days and not had any interest and the payment wouldn't be considered late? I was confused when I read that.

Not that I'd never intend to pay late I just wondered what that was all about

I'm confused - are you a new owner? To get monthly payments, you have to do a direct debit. Otherwise, the annual dues are due on January 30 with a grace period to February 15.

If you own at BLT due were owed either in Sept or Oct.

I lucked out and was due in Oct.

This has nothing to do with monthy payments.

Yes, you could have paid a couple of days late and not been penalized. Thankfully I am having mine taken out automatically or I would have forgotten.

Thanks for clearing that up - I have an Oct use year and started to panic that I missed the memo about dues aligning to use year!! Glad to hear I am still on the 'normal' schedule of January.
