For villa renters, a vrbo-type site I just discovered

I recently bumped into fhvr.net. It seems to be a site where private vacation homeowners advertise their properties for rent. Doesn't seem to be yet as heavily infiltrated by rental agencies as vrbo.com. Good prices - $110+12% for 3/2. A lot are in Clermont, Hwy 27 though. Some in the more traditional areas also. I think the prices are good if some still have your dates open. Site cleaner, neater, easier to navigate than vrbo. fyi
