I've decided to implement a strategy with myself that I encourage others to utilize as part of the work I do as a therapist.
It's simply learning to focus on achiveing goals by taking things one decision, one day at a time.
So for today, I am focusing on drinking only water, instead of my usual soda or iced tea. I know I can do this.

SO much easier to wrap your brain around. Have you ever read a book called water with lemon? It's a weight loss journey of a fictional character who makes changes one step at a time. Writen in narrative form rather than technical. I enjoyed it. Your post made me think of it.
