For those who just got a free dining pin for staying in a Value

Were you able to pay for an upgrade to regular DDP?

There's no problem to upgrade per my phone with the CM. You do have to pay the price difference per person. I'm still thinking about it, but I think I will stick with the free QS plan. I think it works out better for us.

That's good to know. We didn't get the pin, but I'm wondering if VISA offers free dining again this year and only allows QS DDP for people staying at Values, if they too would allow you to pay for the upgrade to reg. DDP.
